May 1, 2024 – Notice of Water Contractors Working, City of Denver City, TX

Starting the week of May 20, 2024, the City of Denver City Water Department, and its contractor LJA, will begin work in the City to identify water supply line materials. Inspection for the City is anticipated to last 2-3 months, depending on the weather.  The project will include identifying and inventorying water supply line materials for all residences built in and before the year 1988. Contractors will be present in the area, conducting inspections inside the water meter box for each residence. When necessary, inspections may require digging around the outside of the meter box to ensure a successful inspection.  For more information regarding this project, click here.
